Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced marketing measurement professional who will contribute to the success of marketing campaigns focused on driving demand and revenue for the DX business. You’ll track, manage and surface metrics and insights that measure the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, and summarize how these efforts build pipeline and impact marketing ROI. You will be responsible for tracking cross-channel marketing campaigns, collecting and distilling primary metrics in easy to understand views, collaborating with marketing and analytics teams to develop insights and delivering marketing performance presentations to the boarder organization.

You will ensure marketing effectiveness using an outstanding blend of attention to detail, strong storytelling skills and technical expertise that is key for unlocking meaningful insights. You will handle sophisticated analytics projects and be hands-on with data while maintaining strong relationships with key collaborators and teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Track the performance of demand marketing programs across DX products and marketing channels
  • Develop a weekly summary of primary demand and channel metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and web teams to develop meaningful insights that get to the “why” and lead to optimizations
  • Share data and insights with the broader demand team by developing and delivering presentations that unlock clear useful insights
  • Support in the development of monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting
  • Conduct ongoing data quality analysis, diagnose data discrepancies and work with teams across the org to resolve

What you need to succeed:

  • 4+ years experience measuring and reporting on marketing programs
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to stitch, calibrate and quality control multiple data sources
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to create clear data visualizations, charts, graphs, data tables
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and a data visualization tool such as Power BI is highly preferred
  • Good communication skills and a keen eye for business and data storytelling
  • A track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

Colorado Starting Salary: $104,000 – $135,000

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
