HydraFacial is hiring a Product Marketing Insights Specialist who will be responsible for deriving insights and developing ideas that unlock growth in product strategy and go-to-market execution, supporting the development of key growth drivers such as marketing campaigns and new product development across the portfolio of global brands.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • With consumer-centric view: identify product, marketing & commercial opportunities, scope projects, define the project roadmap, define the research methodology, collect & analyze data
  • Work with quantitative & qualitative data from multiple sources & knowledge of which sources & agencies to use i.e. transactional, web analytics, survey data, customer research, focus groups etc.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, presentations & recommendations
  • Use insights to influence senior business leaders to solve tough commercial problems, pivot sales & marketing strategies & develop new products, particularly in the fast-evolving digital and social media space
  • Develop roadmaps to execute approved projects

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research including designing, implementing and analyzing data and surveys
  • BS in Marketing, Economics, Business or other relevant field of study
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Experience in influencing marketing strategies, especially Social Media Marketing, through analytics, insights, and concise, effective communication
  • Track record of impacting sales through effective marketing insights
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve goals on time
  • English fluency required; German, French, and/or Spanish would be a plus

The role can also be based in Frankfurt, Germany.
