The Client Solutions team mission is to establish and build scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients’ and agencies’ challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services.

Creative Solutions Partners will execute on the following:

– Content creation, iteration and ideation at scale
– An agile content creator capable of translating client briefs and opportunities into simple and TikTok native creative executions
– Create and iterate amazing video ads at scale, to inspire and improve advertisers’ experience with TikTok and support clients activities with enough assets
– Convert marketing research insights into creative concepts and measure performance, to deliver top-notch creatives for TikTok activities
– Develop and implement creative ideation, build and collect creative best practices, and lead creative strategies for our clients
– Teach and communicate with media teams, creative teams and agencies
– Marry art (creative) and science (media) together, connecting the two disciplines
– Develop and present creative reports for key clients, with constructive feedback how to improve
– Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with developers, designers, marketing managers, analysts and other related stakeholders.

Qualifications

– Strong portfolio demonstrating wide experience and involvement in conceptual thinking and creative output with experience and familiarity with Gaming and App industries, User Acquisition / Performance advertising, and understanding of campaign objectives
– Experience in working with creators, creative agencies, and outsource talents (influencers, video editors, designers, game developers)
– Able to develop and implements overarching performance-based creative direction, creative best practices, and creative strategies
– Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-team cooperation and knowledge sharing internally and externally – working with designers, analysts, and campaign managers
– Client facing, ability to prepare training materials and lead creative workshops – Advantage
– Basic capability and understanding of content video creation and editing skills – Advantage
– HTML5 / Playable Ads experience -Advantage
– Working understanding of media buying and campaign planning
