Your Role -Challenging and Future-Oriented!

In this role you willbe responsible to develop Vertical Market for Water & Waste Water (WWW) inDigital Industries Process Automation and actively support in increasingSIEMENS Digital Industries Portfolio share of wallet in the region Middle East.Additionally, the position should be driving Digitalization in Water Sectorthrough consultative sales approach, supporting the industrial customers inwater sector. This is a regional role and reports to Digital Industries -Process Automation Business Unit EVP.

Other main responsibilities are:

  • Developmentopportunities from WWW end-customer across middle east region.
  • Identification the WWWEnd-Customer Potential and maintain the same in the CRM tool (Si-Sales) toincrease market transparency
  • Close coordinationwith Vertical Sub-Segment (WWW) to identify respective local &international business potentials in regional market. Keep the CRM toolregularly updated and creation of Sales funnel reports for monthly reviews fromCRM tool.
  • Lead and DriveDigitalization concept in the region with WWW end-customers
  • Utilize ADP (AccountDevelopment Plan) Tool in CRM to identify necessary development steps anddocument activities and share with Business Units.
  • Active participationin Vertical Sales (WWW) Annual Budget Bottom-Up Planning with in-hands info oncustomer CAPEX/OPEX
  • Supports ChannelPartner Sales in defining the Go-2-Market Strategy for the key WWW End-Customeras well as generate opportunities (leads)

Your Qualificationsand Skills – Digital And Solid!

  • Expected to have min.7-10 years’ experience in the process automation pertaining to water and wastewater sector,
  • understand relevantindustrial NORMS, Customer Ecosystem, KPIs and implementable innovative ideasto improve these KPIs.
  • This position requiresstrong sales and business development background in water sector havingexperience in working multi-national environment.
  • Advance knowledge oninternational business NORMS, Commercial Contracts T&C, Export Control,Cross-Country TAX requirements,
  • Arabic languageknowledge will be an added advantage.
