Then come in and join our Malaysia team as Service Marketing Manager to project the Customer Service Value Proposition to the customer base.

Your task and responsibilities :

  • You will create and deliver marketing initiatives for Customer Service
  • You will focus on new Customer Service Products relating to education portfolio and remote service and new target develop target
  • You will develop contracts and pricing strategy together with Customer Service management
  • You will manage large Key Accounts
  • You will interface with the internal CRM organization for new product Business

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • You hold a successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences / Engineering
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Experience with the Healthcare Medical Device industry/ field is preferred

Your attribute and skills:

  • You possess proven experience in managing sales and customer relationships
  • You have ability to articulate and understand complex business issues into simple messages and define solutions
  • You takes initiatives, accountability and responsibility for own work as well as collaborating with others
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, results driven, energetic and capable of multi tasking in a dynamic growing organization
