What are my responsibilities?
– Assist CFO and other FIN managers in routine task and general administrative tasks, such as organization
of business trips, meeting arrangement, outing activity, team building activities etc.
– Prepare and update statistics (FIN Org-chart, KPI and other data)
– Organize to collect highlights and release department newsletter
– Preform commercial functions like newcomer on boarding/Fixed assets/Training/Intern etc.
– Support Government Relations & office fit-out arrangement
– Office administrative organization: e.g., order office supplies, office machine/furniture maintenance,
document filling
– Cooperate with SRE for office site management
– Keep touch with local hotels and support the daily accommodation requests from colleagues and visitors,
act as contact for internal and external visitors
– Whole department activities organization together with assistants of other technical teams.
– Other daily tasks assigned by CFO.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Expected education is Bachelor or above, better major in business/marketing/commercial. Oversea study and
digital tool usage experience is preferred
Working experience: 2-3 years working experience in multinational companies
Fluent English in oral and writing. Good at MS office software
Excellent PowerPoint skills. You need bring your portfolio to the interview.
Good communication, organization, and cooperation skills
