Details of the Division and Team
Regional Management Division performs a management function at the highest level, closely connected with senior management of Deutsche Bank´s Group divisions and functions.
We provide the crucial link between the Bank´s Corporate Divisions, Infrastructure Functions, clients, employees, regulators and other stakeholders. Your key responsibilities
Main Duties include but not limited to the followings:
Provide administrative support to Chief Country Officer
Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes. Handle the scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting materials, and other logistics such as conference call and VC connections (among global offices) etc.
Be responsible for DB China credit rating coordination and regulatory reporting requests(such as external staff statistics, branch info update etc.)
Responsible for travel arrangements. Support Visa invitation for visitors
Publication of DB tariffs on webpage
Maintain and update organization charts, business licenses
Take responsibility as headquarter chop custodian
Being the key contact person of Business Continuity Plan of Country Management
Support on ad-hoc business projects such as off-site meetings and client events
Filing and organizing administrative paperwork
Your skills and experience
Bachelor degree in business related field or equivalent qualification
Solid administrative experiences in a fast-paced, global environment
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Highly organized with effective time management skills and attention to detail
Be able to multitask and work independently under pressure
Good interpersonal skills and collaboration spirit
Strong PC Skills include: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
