Overview
The AVP, Junior Client Services Officer -International Region reports to the Director, Commercial Services division and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
Primary resp
Primary responsibilities are to manage, and maintain relationships with international financial institutions, mainly Factors Chain International (FCI) business partners, located globally. This position is based in Atlanta, GA. Core responsibilities include:
- Provide key support to the Client Service Officers within the region to maintain high quality international service standards through regular communication with clients via phone, email, social media, and in person visits
- Liaise with both the customer credit department and the operations department to ensure the highest quality service to partners
- Gather data for Client Onboarding to conduct compliance (KYC) reviews for the region’s clients and partners.
- Assist regional manager with tracking of business opportunities through Salesforce.com.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; Factors Chain International certification is required within the first two years of employment
Preferred
- One to two years’ experience in international financial services
- Demonstrated success working collaboratively to achieve team goals
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to develop and maintain a contact database and maintain records in SalesForce.com
- Other requirements include foreign currency and international trade experience
