Overview

Position Summary :

Assists in performing core activities supporting international operations, including development of presentations, supporting key initiatives, engaging with operational and business managers and MI reporting. Supports international operations through meaningful analytics, trend analysis and showcasing achievements and escalation. Collaborates and actively participates in discussions. Ensures that all deliverables support regional and enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities :

  • Gathers, organizes, and reviews operational data/metrics to analyse data.
  • Conducts analysis and reporting in support of international operations, special projects/initiatives and/or operational planning activities.
  • Helps articulate and develop meaningful presentations and insights for decision making and managerial insights.
  • Stays abreast of organization and gains familiarity with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, services etc.
  • Confidence in communicating effectively with supervisors, managers, and the business.
  • Participates on projects/initiatives, providing analytical expertise in support of objectives.
  • Team player focused on continuous improvements in the workplace and professionally.
  • Attention to detail with a strategic vs transactional mindset, always looking to develop and learn.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel (power pivot, macros), PowerPoint, SharePoint, Dashboards
  • Confident communicator and presenter
