Responsibilities

Would you like the ability to focus on our Assurance Professional Practice Group (PPG) in our Assurance National Office and further become an expert for our growing practice?

If yes, consider joining Baker Tilly (BT) as a Manager of the Assurance Initiatives Group (AIG)! This is a great opportunity to be a valued business advisor dedicating 100% of your time to our Assurance Initiative Group. The AIG is the liaison between the PPG and client-facing professionals. The AIG is tasked with ensuring all communications, tools, templates, and initiatives related to the assurance practice have been properly designed and vetted to ensure cohesive operations and consistent practical results. Individuals will work on multiple AIG projects, including those related to technical A&A, technology, and process improvements.

As one of the fastest growing firms in the nation, BT has the ability to offer you upward career trajectory, flexibility in how and where you get your work done and meaningful relationships with clients, teammates and leadership who truly care about you and your development.

What you will do:

  • Be a trusted member of the assurance team by developing, deploying, and implementing various assurance-related projects, trainings, methodology updates, communications, thought leadership, and other initiatives. This position also will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring project initiatives after implementation. Certain tasks will be recurring in nature (periodic or annual), while others will be one-time or ad hoc.
