Job Description


The EMEA President office supports the EMEA President with a 360 approach to customer and internal engagements. The EMEA President’s office collaborates with stakeholders from multiple teams across the business, to create long term trusted relationship with key customers.

What you get to do in this role:

Manager, Messaging & Engagement

We are looking for a brilliant storyteller, who can communicate the ServiceNow mission from a variety of perspectives. As ServiceNow grows and we engage with executives across all industries, our narrative is more important than ever.

This role would be part of the EMEA Presidents office, ensuring we bring consistent strong messaging in our external engagements with customers, prospects and partners.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Consult account teams to create clear and concise value driven messaging for their customers

• Collaborate with solutions consultants and our workflow design studio in creating the storyline for high impact demos to showcase the power of ServiceNow

• Partner closely with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams to develop relevant messaging for each engagement

• Support talk track creation as needed for key customer engagements and presentations

• Help define how slides and visuals will enhance a narrative or customer story

• Craft email copy for customer outreach post meeting follow-up from our senior executives


In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

• Strong experience in communications, content, marketing, or messaging roles at an executive level

• Has experience working in the cloud / enterprise SaaS / software industry

• Passion for storytelling, narrative structure and design

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to take big ideas and make the simple and digestible

• Strong writing and copyediting

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

• High attention to detail

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint for slide creation

• A self-motivated and a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment who can prioritize and pivot accordingly to the current work demands

Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.

Required in Office

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.


A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.


A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
