Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, such as maintenance, supplies, equipment, cleaning services, groceries, etc.
  • Work with interfaces including with the US office.
  • Take full responsibility for front desk activities, greet and direct candidates, visitors, and employees
  • Assist  to the HR Team and other departments with administrative tasks
  • Assist in the execution of welfare activities such as offsites, company events, employee’s birthdays, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role 
  • Full responsibility for front desk activities, 5 days a week. 
  • A great team player, people person & service-oriented.
  • working independently. 
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew & English.
