Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, such as maintenance, supplies, equipment, cleaning services, groceries, etc.
- Work with interfaces including with the US office.
- Take full responsibility for front desk activities, greet and direct candidates, visitors, and employees
- Assist to the HR Team and other departments with administrative tasks
- Assist in the execution of welfare activities such as offsites, company events, employee’s birthdays, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Full responsibility for front desk activities, 5 days a week.
- A great team player, people person & service-oriented.
- working independently.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew & English.
