Carleton Dining – Office Coordinator



Job Description

Reporting into the District Manager, the Office Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Management and HR team with administrative tasks and various duties. This role is the first point of contact for the Company and will provide administrative support in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls

• Welcome office visitors and direct them in the appropriate manner

• Send, receive, and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers

• Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies

• Post internal and external job postings

• Assist with recruitment activities such, scheduling interviews and moving candidates through the automated human resources recruitment system

• Assisting with the set-up of periodic job fairs

• Works in conjunction with the Finance team and HR to support employee status changes

• Track and follow-up on any outstanding paperwork

• Maintain employee records and filing system

• Draft letters and correspondences

• Maintain, monitor, and track various human resources statistics and reports

• Provide assistance with Health and Safety programs and initiatives

• Book travel arrangements for management

• Perform other administrative duties as required


• Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism

• Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

The selected candidate for this position will need to complete and successfully pass a Criminal Background Check. If hired for this position, your continued employment with us would be conditional upon Aramark being satisfied that you have successfully cleared this pre-condition.
