About the Job:

We are seeking an exceptionally bright and multitasking individual to support People Operations and Sales in our Düsseldorf Office. This person will assist with office administration, event management and HR tasks, as well as assisting our Head of Sales, EMEA in their day to day planning and organisation. The role will be full time with flexible working hours depending on the current tasks and events.

This is a unique opportunity to channel all of your experience, put your passions to work, and learn some new things along the way. You will be joining a highly collaborative (and fun) team. Your job is to keep us engaged, organized and productive while we continue to grow. This role requires creativity, superior attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority requests.


  • Organize and support the management of the office facilities.

  • Support Head of Sales’ important tasks and deadlines.

  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments for Head of Sales, EMEA.

  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for Head of Sales, EMEA.

  • Organizing events and conferences, in collaboration with People Operations, Sales and Marketing

  • Support compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

  • Managing databases and filing systems, maintaining weekly reports.

  • Coordinating and handling correspondence with clients and partners.

  • Collating and claiming expenses via Expensify as well as other data management of our admin systems.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.

  • High-energy, curious, exceptional attention to detail.

  • You crave fast-paced, dynamic, and exciting environments.

  • You are a strong planner and organizer, a stickler for details, and a master of multitasking.

  • You have a can-do “make it happen” attitude – you are comfortable making decisions with little supervision or direction.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Office package, Salesforce, Google Calendar

  • Experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant or office manager in a small to medium-sized company.
