Role Summary & Role Description
The Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Risk Analyst, located in India, is responsible for supporting the Cybersecurity governance team by processing cyber risk exception and risk acceptance requests and preparing meeting records for the various risk committees and working groups. Analyst should have a good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and Box. An understanding of governance and risk compliance principles is preferred.
What you will be responsible for
As a GRC Cybersecurity Risk Analyst you will:
- Support the Governance team as we enhance our governance structure and support the Global Cybersecurity Risk Committee and risk review working groups
- Manage the intake and workflow for of cyber-related risk exception and risk acceptance requests in preparation for review by the Cybersecurity Risk Committee and associated working groups
- Review submitted PowerPoint templates, artifacts and materials to ensure they are complete, accurate and meet committee standards
- Follow-up with risk item owners, SMEs and Information Security Officers (ISO) to schedule reviews in monthly Committee meetings
- Design and maintain collaborative workspace (e.g., Box, Teams) to support risk acceptance
- Maintain risk acceptance records including, submissions, action items and expiration status

Good organizational skills, accurate record keeper
Strong on follow-up and keeping to set schedules/deadlines
Solid experience establishing or improving collaborative workspaces using Teams, SharePoint and Box
Experienced MS Office suite user
Good to have skills
1+ years’ experience with governance, risk and compliance principles
B.S. or preferred experience
Career interest in Cybersecurity concepts and principles
