Who we are looking for

State Street’s Global Markets group is looking to fill an Officer Client Onboarding/Solutions role. The candidate will join a team working on compliance with the new onboarding regulatory requirements set out by Derivatives Regulatory Reform rules for trading clients and counterparties.

What you will be responsible for

As a Client Service Solutions, you will

  • Be a point of contact for all Regulatory Reform related questions raised by the Business teams and Clients
  • Play a key supporting role in the State Street Global Markets Regulatory Reform action plan
  • Ensure Regulatory compliance during the onboarding of clients and accounts to comply with various jurisdictional rules
  • Manage onboarding processes and procedures to comply on an on-going basis with Regulatory Reform requirements
  • Maintain strong working relationships and liaise with internal and external counterparts including Clients, Sales, Trading, Credit, Legal and Operations
  • Participate in the enhancement and maintain internal systems for workflow management and data storage
  • Resolve and escalate issues proactively and in a timely fashion
  • Develop strong working relationships with existing institutional clients
  • Track and monitor potential onboarding issues and delays
  • Respond to queries regarding the status of specific requests or new clients

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Business or related studies required
  • 3 plus years of related experience

Additional requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Account onboarding would be a strong plus
  • Dodd Frank experience would be a strong plus
  • Project management experience would be a strong plus.
  • Capital markets experience would be a plus
