Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
- Procurement Function for Non-Project Expenditure
- Facilitate Sourcing of Non-Project Expenditure (including fixed assets and general expenses)
- Issue PO to Suppliers
- Track and Coordinate deliveries from Suppliers
- Perform Goods Receipt in ERP System
- Support Finance Team with general documentation and filing
- Fixed Assets
- Maintenance of Master Capex Register
- Annual Fixed Asset Count
- Facility Management and Safety Compliance
- Stocking and Upkeeping of First Aid Box
- Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers
- Investigate office alarm if triggered
- Replenishing of pantry, office and cleaning supplies
- General Office Maintenance and repairs
- Role of Safety Management Officer
- Assists MD, Staff and Guests with travel related arrangements where needed
- Booking of flights and hotels
- Coordinate, arrange and follow up on appointment for MD
- Other responsibilities
- Assist to organize company events
- Answer office main door and main line
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
What We are Looking For:
- Diploma in business, accounting or related field
- At least 2 years in Order Administration and Office Administration
- Basic knowledge of book-keeping will be beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent Communication Skills, Proactive, Positive Attitude and Pleasant Disposition
- Ability to interact and liaise with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
