PMO, Alliances Program Office located in Remote – Singapore

What you’ll achieve:

Contribute and consult on strategy, content, assets, and internal communications campaigns for strategic and tactical initiatives that drive revenue through Global Alliances partnerships. Key to our success is the value proposition enablement across all our field sales and technical teams and leadership. This role will align across a matrixed team to deliver enablement assets that reinforce the Dell Technologies partner brand, enable mutual success with partners, and drive significant business results.

You will:

Drive field sales leadership alignment (to leadership)

  • Drive executive alignment through regional steerco’s, pre-wires, QBRs, and partner advisory boards with regional and country leadership (sales, technical, sales strategy)

Drive field sales enablement campaigns (to field)

  • Capture field feedback through various tools (1×1, roundtable, survey) – what’s working, where are the gaps
  • Build internal self-sufficiency to promote partner capabilities as an “AND” strategy to existing solution/product campaigns
  • Connecting field sellers to the value proposition and partner resources; augmenting the “Co-Location Champions” technical support model already established
  • Drive internal crowd-sourcing initiative to give sales and pre-sales a “voice” in campaign artifacts
  • Drive campaigns through Learning & Development (L&D), Center of Competence (CoC) and Customer Solution Center (CSC)

Drive partner enablement strategy

  • Develop cross partner ecosystem collaboration and enablement aligned to each campaign where partner can proactively promote and engage on lead generation and field collaboration activities.
  • Enable the partner’s field sellers, technical teams to understand and position the joint value proposition of the partnership

Drive cross-partner ecosystem enablement strategy (to partner ecosystem)

  • Enable extended partner account coverage (GSIs, CSPs, Channels, Telcos) to leverage to the Hyperscaler/DCP value proposition and capabilities to drive cross-ecosystem collaboration and offerings

Support other functional areas:

  • Learning and Development (L&D) alignment, Center of Competency (CoC), Customer Solutions Center (CSC)
  • Corporate marketing alignment including messaging integration
  • Partner program track and incentive structure alignment
  • Partner Growth Planning (PGP) alignment – sets plan, oversees execution, establishes time table and milestones, drives project execution across matrix team – partner, marketing, SCS, PGP, sales, global architect)

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a marketing communications, enablement, sales, and/or alliances background
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and across multiple stakeholder teams
  • Background in information technology, especially cloud and cybersecurity
  • Solid task management and ability to multitask/run multiple activities concurrently. Effectively handle multiple ad-hoc requests/projects
  • Has extensive experience in communications related to sales enablement, change management, organizational development, and executive leadership

Desirable Requirements

  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Experience in driving operational excellence
