The Field CISO team will play a significant role in the pre-and post-sale process. As a member of the Field CISO team, the Security Specialist will be closely aligned with our Sales, Partners, and CSG Teams and will be the voice of the client-facing field to Security and vice versa.

The Field CISO team will play a significant role in the pre-and post-sale process. As a member of the Field CISO team, the Security Specialist will be closely aligned with our Sales, Partners, and CSG Teams and will be the voice of the client-facing field to Security and vice versa.
As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible formonday.com’s security value proposition.
This includes:
- Ensure that we are prepared to engage with large accounts, including pre-and post-sale work
- Ensure customers’ security questionnaires responses meet our SLAs (tiers 1-3), fine-tune the tiers’ processes, and ensure each tier has the capacity and resources to respond to the questionnaires
- Maintain and improve our internal security knowledge bases for the Sales, Partners, and CSG Teams
- Supportmonday.comSales, partners, and CSG Teams onboarding process with security training
- Close security-related gaps in large account opportunities by working with the Legal and Product Teams
- Help our Sales and Partners Teams in responding to RFPs
- Responsible formonday.com’s security offering
- Maintain themonday.com’s Whitepaper and client-facing documentation
- Attend meetings with large accounts on behalf ofmonday.com’s Security Team
- Work with the Product Team and help develop our security value proposition
Your Experience & Skills
- Strong background in security consulting/ senior security customer-facing role within SaaS – a must
- Experience with security certifications (SOC2, ISO)
- Legal Education
- Strong Experience with Contracts, RFPs and Exhibits
- Over 3 years of experience in customer-facing/tech support/sales team
- Worked with executives in the past
- Working experience with security teams
- Good understanding of enterprise security requirements
- Exceptional English communication (oral/written) and influencing skills, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships at a senior level
- Independent, adept at completing tasks end to end, able to prioritize tasks and build relationships across the organization
