TS Imagine is looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer. The ideal candidate is a highly organized person; hands-on, self-starter, hard-working, who is great at communicating and multi-tasking and responsive to evolving business needs and building a great office experience and relationships for our employees and clients.

What you’ll do
- Be the point person for all back office activity at our EMEA offices and act as the face of the Company to all visitors, external and internal
- Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer
- Support EMEA employees with administrative tasks and travel requests
- Manage and order office supplies
- Schedule meetings, welcome guests, manage the security database for the building
- Organize and manage internal office events and team building
- Assist the marketing team with conferences, external events and marketing materials
- Support the Human Resources team
You should have
- At least 3 years’ experience in Office Management, ideally in Financial Services or Technology
- Strong presentational, interpersonal and project management skills
- A self-starter and quick learner comfortable with creating structure and wearing many hats
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently and effectively and exceptional organisational skills
