What You’ll Bring:
&bull Upkeep office efficiency by maintaining the appearance of common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing office supplies. Manage office budget and ensure the office is kept tidy. &bull Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area. Meet and greet clients and visitors. &bull Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. &bull Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office that may include typing, editing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations &bull Support management: Calendar management in Outlook; schedule internal/external meetings and coordinate conference calls when necessary. &bull Organize and orchestrate, team meetings/offsites, and other group events. This includes meeting set up, travel arrangements, lodging, meals, expense reports, and more. &bull Manage catering for special events. &bull Plan, organize, and executive team building activities. &bull Manage office maintenance requests. &bull Liaise with accounts payable team to ensure office bills are paid promptly. &bull Plan and execute company events and quarterly offsite meetings in conjunction with human resources.
Impact You’ll Make:
&bull Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. &bull Bachelor’s degree required; 1-3 years of related work experience. &bull Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral. &bull Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong follow-through skills. &bull Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively. &bull Good judgment and problem-solving skills. &bull Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
