We are looking for a talented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team for our location in Indianapolis, IN.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Two-year Associate Degree required, but four-year Bachelor Degree preferred
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
  • Expert with computers (particularly Microsoft Office, including in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, outlook, internet searching, electronic filing system, etc.)
  • SharePoint experience is preferred
  • Legal experience a plus
  • This is a Hybrid Remote position: M – F, 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Pay starting at $24.04/HR or higher, based on experience level.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
