Located in Lombard, IL Under supervision, this position is responsible for processing benefit changes, reworking, rewriting, terminations, adding new product lines and providing basic overall group policy information. Processing policy change requests and recalculation of bills.
High School Diploma and1 year of business experience.
PC proficiency to include Word, and Excel.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Customer Service experience. Insurance industry experience. LOMA certification.
