Resiliency Officer – Global Markets COO

Global Market’s COO Organization is the operational infrastructure for Global Markets and includes Resiliency. This role is a member of the Resiliency team which is responsible for Global Market’s Business Continuity Planning and Third-Party Risk Management, Technology Dependencies, and Incident Management Oversight.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, relationship management skills as well as experience in project management. In addition, the candidate will have a basic knowledge of financial markets and capital market products.

What you will be responsible for
As Global Markets Business Continuity Planner you will
- Ensure business unit compliance with all the Enterprise Continuity Services (ECS) Standards and Procedures
- Assist the business through the remediation and/or risk acceptance of risk issues
- Support the development and execution of monthly reports to Senior Management
- Understand dependencies for business processes, business functions, applications, technology, and internal/ external parties related to the business
