NEXT is looking for a self-starter and strategic individual to help shape our in-office experience. This role ensures that employees and visitors are welcomed and supported in a high caliber fashion. NEXT provides a safe, welcoming, and positive experience to those visiting the office and this role will be responsible for delivering a constantly amazing environment. You should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Growth mindset, operational excellence, and the ability to communicate to various audiences are a must to knock this role out of the stratosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Be a tone setter by providing flawless experiences at the reception area and beyond.
- Play a pivotal role on the workplace team to deliver delightful in-office experiences to foster connection and creativity.
- Ticketing: help triage workplace related tickets to ensure a white glove experience is felt by employees and visitors.
- Be a culture carrier: provide onsite support, partner with key stakeholders for world class tours and internal events.
- Order and budget management: help order inventory and maintain the budget of office supplies, as well as food and beverage related offerings.
- Oversee our visitor management system for a simple check-in and desk booking process.
- Look after mail management process and execution.
- Third-party vendor management: facilitate QBRs, ensuring vendor KPIs are met, event support, and ensure excellent execution across the board.
- Support People Experience events, swag-send programs and more.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace, or program management
- Experience working with a global, technology company
- Analytically driven
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are agile, fearless, efficient, and able to adapt to shifting priorities
- Enthusiastic to be in beautifully designed office five days a week
- Keen on being at the forefront of hybrid work and crafting a best-in-class environment
- Tech savvy or a quick learner who can easily utilize ticketing systems, visitor management systems, Slack channel management, etc.
- Bonus for having experience with space planning and/or environment, health, and safety protocol
