Join Macquarie Asset Management as a Broker Administration Analyst within our US Intermediary Services Team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing transactions between Macquarie Asset Management and it financial intermediary partners.

As an analyst on the team, you will provide service and support to dealers and internal departments for commission related inquiries. You will oversee payments for dealers commissions and intermediary compensation agreement. You will also develop and support processes to analyze and report on compensation arrangements with our intermediaries to be used for profitability analysis, board and management reporting. In addition, you will manage the expense accrual process and oversee transfer agent processing related to intermediaries focusing on dealer/branch/representative setup, maintenance and conversions.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry
  • Database Maintenance and Reporting Experience
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
