About the Role:
Due to internal movement, we currently have an exceptional opportunity for an Administration Support Officer to join the Consumer Sales team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the National Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the National Field and Consumer Sales team and be the go to person for the team.
You will be accountable for providing support for consumer sales field team through data management, order processing and new vendor creations. Be the liaison in the team and communicate information and updates to relevant stakeholders in a proficient manner.
Further responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Managing purchase requisitions and workflow approvals
- Supporting of site and new employee onboarding
- Ensuring all records of training are up to date with maintenance of register and documentation management
- Supporting Vehicle Safety Programs including training, compliance measures and supporting the deployment of all safety measures
- Managing contractor services for site maintenance including updating of insurance policies and Workcover certificates
About You:
To be successful in the role, you will bring forward your previous experience in administration role ideally in a larger organisation.
You’re ‘can do’ attitude, commitment to efficiency, time and project management and great stakeholder management skills will see you achieve excellent outcomes in this role.
The role has great variety and ability to self-manage work and flexibility. Need to be a self-driven high performer and helpful attitude. Look for opportunities for improvement. Prepare and distribution information for employees with some tasks such as, how to update their contact details, how to do an expense report, how to order work uniform etc.
You hold a great level computer skill (competent in MS Suite), critical thinking and problem-solving skills and are someone that can make decisions in the best interest of the business.
