For Mobility Compliance in Beijing, we are looking for ComplianceOfficer to shape the connected Mobility with us.

Whatare your responsibilities?

– Advisebusiness on content and application of external and internal regulations in aconstantly evolving business environment. Recommend and implement Compliancesolutions for specific business situations, acting as a trusted advisor ofassigned businesses/ operating companies on all Compliance and Data Privacyrelated topics

– Keep andreinforce management responsibility for Compliance, regular communication withbusiness to foster integrity culture within Siemens Mobility China as well ascompliance training

– ManageCompliance risks in the area of responsibility, perform regular compliancecontrol program (CCP) check for SMO AA countries

– Holdoverarching responsibility for the functioning of the Compliance system in thearea of responsibility. Monitor local and relevant global compliance policies,procedures and guidance and share up-to-date knowledge to business includingregulations issued by the local Authorities

– Compliancereviews for Business Partners (BPs) / SpoDoM activities

– Align withcompliance & EX colleagues in Siemens headquarters and our regional Companieson the continuous improvement of the Compliance system incl. processes andtools.

Whatdo you need to qualify forthis job?

– High levelof ethical skills and of integrity consistent with Siemens values

– Academicdegree in law, business economics or appropriate field

– Experiencein risk assessment and strategic approach to risk mitigation

– Excellentanalytical and communication skills, actively listen, understand, clarify and interpretwhile interacting with others, use appropriate communication methods and adaptto different situations

– Demonstratedskill in working collaboratively with multiple teams simultaneously andcoordinating with multi-jurisdictional and multi-cultural transaction partners
