This is a critical role requiring a highly dedicated individual who can take ownership and provide procedural and technical support to various teams and work in partnership with internal/external stakeholders.

Key Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Operate as the product owner, helping to prioritize the backlog. Document client business rules, requirements, and customization(s) and ensure accurate configuration of the platform. Day to day project management and delivery of consulting services for clients throughout the engagement life-cycle, ensuring delivery meets customer requirements on time and within project team resources to ensure successful project outcomes. Report weekly status updates and escalate project risks to clients and the account team. Identify unmet client needs and solution product and service configuration to address w/ quality. Promote training and education services to ensure successful customer onboarding and readiness. Manage and optimize new client on-boarding and roll out process. Own the product configuration lifecycle on client’s behalf from need identification to requirements gathering and documentation to high quality production launch and post launch monitoring. Partner with sales, suc cess and support organizations to ensure client satisfaction. Lead team effort in engagement scope and subsequent pricing. Proactively identify and contribute to process improvements including automation opportunities and execution playbooks. Deliver meaningful product feedback to leadership and the product management team. Assist leadership with recruiting and training of team members. Manage up to 3 engagements simultaneously
