The Opportunity

The Adobe Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) will be joining a group of exceptional engineers in CloudTech, implementing Gainsight CSM (Customer Success Management) and CRM (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) solutions for our Global Sales and Customer Success teams! This role will collaborate with business operations and product owners to understand key business objectives and will be a key driver toward the development of functional requirements that engineers will use to implement an outstanding solution for our business teams. Our ideal candidate will establish relationships and work cross-functionality to develop project plans, prioritization, use cases, functional requirements and take ownership to drive solution delivery.

What you’ll Do

  • Collaboration with product owners in conceptualizing, interpreting, and analyzing requirements to align with end-to-end business processes and ensure the accuracy of information feeding into our analytics and finance reporting systems.
  • Business requirements gathering and process analysis: detailing current and desired/future state business processes, identifying gaps, outlining impacts, and ensuring solutions and capabilities meet business needs and requirements
  • Maintains and continuously improves Customer Success and Renewal processes enabled by Microsoft Dynamics (or) Salesforce, Gainsight, and related sales and marketing enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on configuration in Gainsight and CRM (Salesforce or Dynamics) platforms.
  • Implement process improvements and automation to optimize operational and support processes
  • Interface on a day-to-day basis with other business system analysts, enterprise architects, business users, engineers, and IT managers to support business operations.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or 7+years of equivalent practical experience
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Sales, Customers Success Management, and Renewal business processes and applications
  • Experienced with Agile Scrum Methodology and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence (Wiki), SharePoint etc.
  • Passion and drive for innovation and solution building are key to your success as you work with business partners to delve into the real needs of the client.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to remain calm while effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
