About the Role

The territory teams are responsible for managing Uber Eats markets on the ground, focusing on acquiring and managing merchants, operations, and user engagement. The Territory Account Manager is responsible for the management of a given territory’s merchant portfolio, to drive growth, profitability, and overall partner engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Build the best restaurant offering and optimize their operational performance;
• Identify and initiate new partnership opportunities with top restaurants in your territory;
• Tackle or escalate complex support issues for timely resolution for our restaurant partners;
• Foster deep relationships with top restaurant partners, identifying and acting on opportunities to grow their delivery business.

Basic Qualifications

Ability to take initiative. Must be able to work independently and easily adapt to a constantly-changing work environment;
Think strategically. Need to analyze restaurant needs to both unlock opportunities and creatively problem-solve;
Organizational skills. Handle many complex and urgent issues at once to efficiently resolve a large number of problems and inquiries;
Analytical skills. Carry on analysis and creatively find solutions;
• Advanced experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Presentations;
Go get it attitude! The candidate will take ownership of Uber Eats growth and be the best partner for our restaurants;
• Exceptional speaking, reading comprehension, and writing skills, both in Portuguese and English;
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Econometrics, or equivalent;
Anywhere from1 to 3 years of relevant experience within a similar position.* Having managed stakeholders and demonstrated an ability to adapt to a fast paced working environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Account Management roles or restaurant industry;
• SQL knowledge;
• Previous experience using Salesforce for CRM.
