The Senior Account Manager for the Advertising Cloud solution will be the lead for relationship management and driving growth opportunities for their clients. Strategically focused and commercially minded, they will be responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, the overall management of client relationships and most account growth. They will identify new business opportunities and work with the delivery team to execute on contract terms and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client’s business!
What you’ll do
- Responsible for the client satisfaction with Adobe Advertising Cloud across the DSP & Search platforms, working with the wider account management team to deliver results
- Accountable for managing their book of business and Account Planning, ensuring internal revenue goals are met
- Training and enablement of clients to realise the value of Adobe Advertising Cloud, including identifying DSP product and reporting innovations that the client could benefit from implementing
- Support the client onboarding process, working collaboratively with the implementation team
- The lead for your clients’ Adobe Advertising Cloud performance, strategy and activation, driving the wider account management team team to deliver to goals
- Identify trends in data to drive optimization strategies

- Video, Display, Audio, CTV Expertise, Search Marketing – the ability to lead strategic conversations with clients advertising in these digital channels
