What are we looking for?
- Minimum 8 years working experiences in multi-national FMCG companies; at least 3 years in national/regional key account manager role is a must; experience in MT channel operations is preferred.
- Superior key account management skills and experience, including trading term and contract negotiation, developing and executing Joint Business Plan.
- Strong leadership, both in KA management and team/people management.
- With consistent high performance track;
- Excellent business analytical skills; logical thinking;
- Superior communication; collaboration and presentation skill;
- Good command of English, both written and verbal;
- Highly accountable, hands-on, with strong passion for driving success of business and people;
- University education and above.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Be responsible for west region key account business,measured by volume/revenue/share and leading indicators.
- Develop RKA strategies,set business target under the direction of national MG&KA strategies.
- Lead and coordinate account manager in west region to do RKA trading term and contract negotiation,develop and execute Joint Business Plan,optimize trade investment and ROI;Build category leadership in RKA,to ensure execution excellence of aligned NKA and RKA plan and activities to achieve committed KPIs.
- Bulid strategic partnership with TOP RKAs throungh Joint Business Plan and Regular Business Review.
- Provide business analysis and local intelligence of market dynamic and competition to support strategic decision marking and identify business opportunities.
- Direct,engage and develop KA talents;cultivate a strong talent development culture and practice in west region
