As a Key Account Manager you’ll be responsible for building and fostering relationships with selected key accounts to maximize, profitability and customer satisfaction with these accounts

What you’ll do

  • As a Key Account Manager have an in-depth understanding of the customer strategy in the country and define an account strategy that drives profitable high growth opportunities for Signify as well as operationally managing the
  • execution
  • Responsible for developing and executing a Strategic Account Management vision/plan to enable profitable growth of Signify business with the account. Accountable for entire business with the named account, personally
  • driving most important transactions (projects or sell-in)
  • Manage Trade Partners for Project Business
  • Working with KAM from CSI & Trade (trade – distribution)
  • Developing business relation with small and medium Installers

Your qualifications :

  • Master’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Technology, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products & services to accounts
  • Experience in selling complex offerings consisting of multiple building blocks
  • Key account planning skills and focus on strategic relationships development
  • Can-do attitude; ambitious and passionate about professional growth; team player and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; strong negotiations skills
  • Fluent Romanian and English language skills (verbal and written) – as a must.
