The Amazon Marketplace Paid Service team is seeking a Senior Seller Growth Manager who is self-motivated, results-driven and capable of working in a dynamic environment. We seek for Sr. Seller Growth Manager, responsible for the following major goals: First, the candidate will be responsible for working on the adoption of key programs that helps our managed Selling Partners to drive their business growth on Amazon through building the specific plan for the Merchant Consultants (MCs) to leverage our scalable tools or features. In parallel, the role will also be responsible for driving key launches of platform; new features or enhancements.
that enable MCs to improve engagement with Selling Partners through scalable global solutions. You will partner with Global Program/Tech Teams (US, China, EU and other international regions). Second, you will be responsible for driving the key initiatives to improve Selling Partners satisfaction on Paid Service program in Japan, by closely working with business team (Merchant Consultant Team) to define the problem, identify the area for further enhancements, initiating the projects, and build the scalable/measurable framework with an aligned approach across international regions to improve program satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities –

• Drive to build the scalable plan to maximize the adoption of Selling Partners on key business growth drivers.

• Increase the adoption of Account Management Central (AMC) by Merchant Consultants

• Drive key launches of platform for Merchant Consultants that enable to improve program adoption with Selling Partners through scalable solutions.

• Partners with International Team in launching new features and enhancements. Define and Build initiatives for further improvements.

• Strong commitment towards goals and drives complex projects with a focus on improving the Selling Partners’ program satisfaction by defining the key drivers impacting to satisfaction, with a data-driven analysis, as well as closely working with Merchant Consultant team to define the specific goal to measure the performance.

• Create program goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles/blockers to achieve your objectives.

• 5+ years of experience working in Program or Product Management
• Experience working with Account Managers to drive the program adoption
• Experience working on broad, complex problem areas, proven ability to be able operate at both the strategic level and in the details
• Demonstrated expertise in problem solving using data across cross-functional teams
• Strong track record of delivering products and ensuring customer success
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from disparate sources in order to drive conclusions and recommendations
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, including the ability to communicate across business areas
• Business level English language skills (both verbal and written) required


• MBA Preferred.
• Preferred background of E commerce, B2C online business and/or retail business.
• Financial knowledge of understanding business from P/L, B/S point of view.
