What We’ll Bring:
The Senior Customer Success Manager role is focused on supporting our Marketing Solutions customers. Working closely with our vertical sales teams, the CSM will be the main point person for a client once the deal is closed. They will be responsible for leading, maintaining and growing their client relationships as it relates to TransUnion’s Marketing Solutions products and serving as a strategic advisor, understanding clients’ business landscape and leveraging digital marketing knowledge to drive clients’ performance and goals.

The ideal candidate has worked in customer success or account management in the digital marketing or adtech industries. You are comfortable working cross group to deliver and execute on our customer’s solutions working within digital platforms to deliver on our customer’s needs.

You are very detail-oriented, able to juggle several projects simultaneously. You are customer centric and over communicate to manage expectations. You work hard and take pride in helping the company and your team win. You are always looking to build repeatable processes and eliminate data errors, yet you are creative and adaptable in your approach.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer service, customer success or account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or marketing consulting organization.
  • Very comfortable with the support of digital data and/or digital advertising , preferably with direct experience with programmatic display, online video, and/or paid social platform experience.
  • Passionate about staying current on digital marketing and adtech trends.
  • Strong relationship builder; has a proven track record of retaining and growing client relationships.
  • Superior analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including communicating with external clients and partner teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Experience working in startups is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

What We’d Love to See:

  • Has worked within a sales environment with proven success of driving revenue and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Client vertical experience when relevant to the specific CSM position.

Impact You’ll Make:

  • The CSM will serve as the main point of contact and relationship lead as it related to Marketing Solutions, leading client communication, owning content creation and action items, monitoring performance, and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Once the contract is signed, the CSM will work with sales and the delivery team to ensure TU has a solid understanding of the use case, client’s marketing strategy, and KPIs, to make sure the opportunity is set up for long-term success.
  • Communicate and evangelize TransUnion products internally and externally.
  • Develop and implement best practices and procedures to achieve efficiency and collaboration with partners and clients.
  • Be the voice of the customer with internal teams: gather and prioritize customer product feedback and share with the relevant internal teams to ensure it’s utilized.
  • Assist onboarding team to document and gather product requirements in support of onboarding and integration of TransUnion solutions with partners and clients.
  • Understand the competitive landscape so that you can collaborate with product marketing to create a differentiated positioning within a crowded space.
  • Work with delivery teams to manage timely and in-scope execution of deliverables.
  • Support sales teams in ensuring your clients are billed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Log activity and events through TransUnion’s internal tools (such as SalesForce) accurately and on a regular basis.
