Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
•Understand the development trend of medical retail, as well as regional industry pol-icies and customer strategies
•Master the market strategies of other companies and formulate relevant Sandoz strategies in time
•Manage retail channels, timely formulate retail customer market plans, negotiate and implement relevant plans
•Manage CSO, train CSO’s training, visit and customer management ability
•Follow up CSO’s sales progress and market plan implementation progress
•Manage regional budget to ensure compliance and reasonable use

Minimum Requirements

Desirable Requirements:
•Bachelor degree or above in business
•Both English & Chinese are fluent More than 5 years working experience in Medical retail,
•Sales management experience in MNC.
•Experience in marketing or trade marketing is a plus.
