Within Wells Fargo Technology, this position is part of the Wholesale Digital & Transformation Technology, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team. This team is responsible for developing, building, deploying, and managing integrated solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The primary role for this position is to serve as a senior technical business systems consultant for the technology software delivery team. The candidate acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technologies, tools and designs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with Salesforce and demonstrating their ability to solve complex solutions for business partners. The candidate must be familiar with the technology stack that supports Salesforce, and have a strong understanding of the platform capabilities in order to provide efficient, common solutions where possible, and aid in reducing tech debt.

The role involves self-lead analysis, troubleshooting, research, and training pertaining to the platform, and other CRM’s, and includes the mentoring of junior team members on those same activities. The person will be very involved in activities with partner teams, and expected to build those relationships and understandings. The candidate will be involved in activities that support Wells Fargo Agile transformation, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), as well as post-implementation activities and troubleshooting, if necessary.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
  • Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
  • Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
  • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
  • Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of Agile experience
  • 2 + years of experience in architecture, development, implementation or support of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience
  • 3+ years of testing or quality assurance experience
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
  • Ability to work across multiple lines of business leading large scale initiatives
