Overview

Join the TurboTax Customer & Business Strategy Team as a Senior Business Strategy Manager and help drive future growth strategies for our Credit Karma business. We are looking for a leader who can combine a deep understanding of customer insights with business levers that lead to customer and revenue growth and long-term customer retention of two leading brands. This leader will be responsible for helping craft and continually evolve both the shortand long-term plans to drive TurboTax customers to become active CK members, and should be able to think holistically about the future growth of both business units.

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years of product marketing or business strategy experience, including launchingand scaling new offerings to market, inclusive of customer segmentation, positioningstatement & messaging testing, and cross-channel Go-To-Market execution• Deep experience partnering with product, design, and analytics, and utilizingcustomer insights to influence the direction of the product roadmap• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with clear examples of using data activelyfor customer insights, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations• Strong research capability with experience in consumer segmentation and usingdesign thinking and scientific methodologies to inform decision making• A/B testing experience with track record of making principled, data-based businessdecisions balanced with experienced judgment

• Strong track record of leadership and influencing skills in a cross-functional,fast-moving environment• Qualitative and quantitative research and testing – must be comfortable partneringwith research teams to design, implement and field both qualitative interviews andbroader quantitative studies• Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drivesignificant, measurable performance results• Solid written and verbal skills to communicate program objectives, develop creativebriefs and share results across the organization, including presenting to senior leaders• Bachelor degree required, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred

How you will lead

• Leverage customer insights, competitive understanding, market trends, and dataanalytics to unlock strategies that will bring TurboTax customers into the Credit Karmaecosystem and retain them year-round• Leverage the appropriate learning strategies, including qualitative and quantitativeconsumer research, market analysis, and in-market A/B testing to deliver short- andlong-term roadmaps for Credit Karma growth and increased LTV for TurboTax/CreditKarma members• Maintain deep understanding of category and competitive insights, consistentlylooking forward to how personal finance will change and evolve customer mindsetsand where Credit Karma and TurboTax fits within that landscape• Deliver data and insights-driven segmentation, barriers, value propositions andmarketing / customer experiences that will unlock long-term growth• Ideate and innovate on new experiences and business innovations to grow base ofTurboTax customers utilizing Credit Karma year round• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Analytics, Finance, Design, andCustomer Success teams to create and deliver seamless customer experiencesbetween Credit Karma and TurboTax• Actively analyze business and test data to generate insights and make informed andactionable recommendations that drive business results
