The National Account Manager fills a critical role within the US HyperX Sales Team, assuming responsibility for strategic management and day-to-day operations of one, or multiple key Retail Account(s) in the US. You will work closely with the US Sales Manager on developing a plan to accelerate sell-through, maximize revenue per peg, optimize promotional activities, and increase market share.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop, execute, and evaluate a sales plan for the assigned Account(s) to achieve the sales target, maximize revenue and margin per SKU, and optimize product assortment
  • Analyze competitors’ activities, market trends, and new product introductions, and understand how to capitalize on any emerging opportunities
  • Work with Corporate and Channel Marketing Teams on both in-store (displays, shippers, etc.) and online (banners, campaigns, etc.) activities to showcase and promote our products
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels, and provide order suggestions to assigned Account(s) as needed
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning/forecast discussions
  • Present to the HyperX US Sales Team on a weekly basis, and collaborate with the rest of the Team on achieving overall sales targets
  • Facilitate promotional data and consolidate claims at the end of promotional periods

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’sDegree
  • 7+ years of experience as a Retail Account Manager in consumer electronics
  • Experience managing a National Retailer is required
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented,and able to deliver on projects with deadlines

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong grasp of quantitative data analysis and statistics
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills
  • Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices
  • Passionate about contributing to team growth
