Job Title: Graduate Account Manager – Remote, UK

Job Overview
The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible business development. This by focus on pro-actively establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with small and medium sized customers, identifying new opportunities, generating new business and revenue growth while providing total customer satisfaction. This includes the identification and conversion of new opportunities, responsibility for increasing TE Connectivity’s market share and managing the project pipeline. The Inside Sales Account Manager is managing all aspects of demand creation through having an entrepreneur mindset, building strong customer relationships and managing internal and external stakeholders.

• Travelling 4-6 weeks per year.
• Employment experience between 1 to 2 years.

Job Responsibilities
• Strong customer focus and communication with both internal and external customers.
• Develop influencing skills through relationship management and strong communication in a coherent and impactful way.
• Basic negotiations and follow up on Request for Technical support.
• Nurture and develop prospect customers through outbound reach.
• Understanding of competitive landscape and ability to perform competitive analysis.
• Understanding of how to identify competition & key product offerings.
• Build Customer and Distributors partnerships by continually demonstrating a strong value proposition and customer experience.
• Effective way of preparation prior to customer outreach to align and communicate.
• Drive and support response towards quotes.
• Ability to manage customer interaction via tools without the benefit of face-to-face.
• Manage the prioritization, conversion and follow-up of leads and customer requests.
• Drive brand awareness and positioning with our customers.
• Liaise effectively with various internal business partners like Engineering and Sales to resolve customer inquiries and requests.
• React positively to changing business conditions by proving to be flexible and adaptable.

Qualifications
• Customer focused
• Customer facing experience preferred
• Bachelors technical or business degree preferred such as Engineering or Business Management
• Experience in sales, engineering or applications engineering, product management preferred
• Understand landscape of underserved customer/market
• Proficient English as priority, other languages are preferred
• Proficient with business systems and tools, including Microsoft
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Target driven, result oriented, proactive positive attitude, critical thinker & self-motivated.
