The Challenge

The Partner Manager (PM) takes the ownership for establishing and growing partner sales business and partner relationships within Switzerland (Zurich Area) strongly aligned with the local Sales Account Teams that owns the relationship with our enterprise customers in the region.

The PM drives partner sourced and influenced license business around Adobe’s Digital Experience Cloud solutions.

In this role a PM works with the following categories of Adobe’s global and regional partners and alliances:

  • System Integrators
  • Marketing Service Providers
  • Digital Agencies and Full-Service Agencies
  • Strategic Consulting companies

What you’ll do

  • Understand and present the Adobe Digital Experience Cloud value proposition and the Adobe partner program values to partners
  • Be the main contact for partners and help them navigate through Adobe systems
  • Drive partner enablement and help Partners build sales and delivery capabilities on Adobe’s Experience Cloud Solutions
  • Align the partner strategy with the Adobe marketing and lead generation initiatives such as event support
  • Support local sales of your region and be a spearing partner for them knowing your partners, their strengths, contacts and portfolios to drive Adobe revenue
  • create and implement business development plans with partner to increase Adobe revenue driving lead generation and co-selling
  • Drive and support joint sales cycle including forecast/pipeline review

What you need to succeed

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to drive business
  • Self-starter and solution oriented can-do mentality
  • Proven experience with partners in business development or sales
  • Abilities to engage up to C-level executives within the partners
  • Software company experience, agency or SI background with existing contact network is a plus
  • Native Swiss German / German spoken, English professional level French as a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required, higher qualification is a plus
