Your Career

As we continue to grow as an organization, we are hiring premier Sales professionals to run and drive sales engagements into Fintech and other digital native (DN) organizations  . You are an adept sales person who can engage at multiple levels of any organization, including the CIO/ CTO , COO and CFO. 

You need to have an analytical mind to get an  in-depth understanding of the DN’s  business models, their evolving security needs as they scale & the overall buying process that can lead to large complex deals, in a consultative manner.  As someone who  has a good understanding of the Fintech/DN regulatory landscape, knowledge of the DN’s evolving infrastructure and good connection with the Fintech/DN ecosystem, you will be expected to articulate our value proposition and target organization-wide deployment of Palo Alto Networks’ Next Generation Security Platforms, and exceed your sales quota.

By creating and implementing strategic account plans, and partnering with a systems engineer, you will build business in new whitespace accounts as well as displace competing technologies in existing accounts to increase wallet share within your targeted list of Fintech /DN accounts.

You are motivated by a hunger to solve critically difficult challenges that face our clients. You develop trusted relationships at a high executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the partnership. This means that you will develop a concrete understanding of our product suites, and are able to help identify customer pain points that can be resolved by our solutions. Your credibility will guide customers in their search to start or transition to a more secure online environment. You feel empowered by our product offerings – and love a technical challenge.

Your Impact

  • Own the Fintech/DN  account list and develop account plans for winning and expanding business.

  • Develop strategies to create and nurture opportunities

  • Engage with Fintechs directly, through CSP’s or specialized partners

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal

  • Attain quota by winning customers in the Fintech/DN ecosystem and build strong pipeline for territory expansion

  • Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at new and existing clients

  • Work with internal stakeholders to create the momentum to address the segment

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 10 – 12 years of sales experience, with 2-3 years preferably from Cloud Native/ SaaS companies serving , or Information Security companies with direct experience into startup ecosystem

  • Close connect with the Startup Ecosystem, having worked with Fintech Startups directly or through vendors providing direct services to them

  • Good experience of Fintech infrastructure like Cloud or Hybrid, having sold over the marketplace  or XaaS business models

  • Good understanding of regulations impacting Fintech/BFSI industry  ranging from Cloud data Security/localization norms to Fintech domain requirements.

  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and articulate the same to the customer

  • Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations

  • Superior verbal, written communication and strong presentation skills, in in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders

  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving commercial agreements

  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast paced environment
