Job summary
Amazon is seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to support the growth of our Strategic Partnership Engagement Team.

As a Partnership Manager, you will deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of AWS across strategic business partners. You will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption across all market segments through partner engagement. The ideal candidate has both a business background that enables them engage at the CXO level, and a sales background that enables them to easily interact with field sales reps. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to convey compelling value propositions. You will leverage your management and leadership capabilities to identify and manage risks, resolve issues and escalate where appropriate to drive joint partnership and business plan. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment and will be a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for delivering results. You will work with cross functional teams to create and execute on strategic business plans, inclusive of enablement, practice development, and marketing, to execute achievement against partner goals.

Key job responsibilities
1/ Advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partners, align partners with the AWS sales teams to drive successful sales outcomes.

2/ Expand existing AWS footprint as well as drive new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes.

3/ Collaborate with internal teams to build input-focused project plans for achievement of key measures.

4/ Communicate program status updates to stakeholders and business leaders through various governance mechanisms.

5/ Plan, create standardized reporting, performance metrics, and operational process optimization.

6/ Drive and provide business insights for deep dives in business reviews.

7/ Building and maintaining relationship with partner teams and internal AWS stakeholders.


  • 5-7 years’ experience working with partners through Alliance Management, Account Management, Program Management and Business Development engagements.
  • Prior experience working with Systems Integrators, Consulting Companies, or ISVs.
  • Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders including sales, marketing, technical, product management, and account management teams.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Speaks fluent Hebrew and English.


  • 10+ years’ experience working with partners through Alliance Management, Account Management, Program Management and Business Development engagements, as examples
  • Direct experience working with AWS consulting and/or technology partners, or you have been an employee at a large AWS partner.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and other sales, marketing, and project management tools.
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business.
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to develop scalable programs.
  • Negotiation and issue resolution capabilities.
