    Coca-Cola Midi assure l’ensemble de la chaîne industrielle et logistique (Supply Chain) d’approvisionnement en concentres, bases aromatiques et jus de fruits pour les differentes marques de boissons sans alcool de la Compagnie Coca-Cola.

    Implantee dans le Var depuis 1989, sur la Zone Industrielle de Signes (proche du circuit du Castellet), Coca-Cola Midi exporte 99% de sa production vers près de 120 usines d’embouteillages situees dans 54 pays differents en Europe, Afrique et Asie. L’entreprise est certifiee des normes ISO (Qualite, securite, environnement…) depuis de nombreuses annees.

    Coca-Cola Midi recherche: Charge(e) d’Approvisionnement en CDI (H/F)

    Vous integrerez le service approvisionnement de Coca-Cola Midi en tant que Charge(e) d’Approvisionnement/Regional Materials Planner .

    Le role du Materials Planner est l’approvisionnement de matières premières pour repondre aux plans de production et aux plans de livraison, en tenant compte des contrats, de la taille des lots, des politiques d’inventaire et de la capacite de stockage.
    The overall role is to ensure supply of materials to meet production plans & delivery plans , taking into consideration contracts, batch sizes, inventory policies and storage capacity.

    Vous serez notamment charge(e) des missions suivantes :

    • Batir et executer les plans d’approvisionnement d’un portefeuille dedie (emballages et/ou matières premières) pour plusieurs sites de fabrication de concentres (2 À 7 usines en Europe et en Afrique)

    Procurement of packaging materials and direct materials of a dedicated categories and plants (1 to 12 plants across Europe, Africa).

    • Developper la relation avec ses fournisseurs, dans la mesure où elles se rapportent À des processus operationnels ou tactiques. Ameliorer leur performances.

    Lead the relationship Management activities with their suppliers, as they relate to operational or tactical processes. Improve Suppliers performance.

    • Optimiser les stock matières premières du portefeuille dedie (incluant l’adaptation des politiques de stock, l’identification gestion du stock ages et À risque, reductions des risques financiers)

    Optimize raw materials stock (stock policy review, age of stock management, mitigation of financial risks)

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders and delivery of materials to meet planning/scheduling production and inventory control for raw materials and/or finished goods within approved guidelines. You’ll also coordinate the commercialization of new products/packaging and may occasionally plan/schedule production on a need as basis. We’ll looking for a candidate with exception planning experience that has a passion for the details and problem solving.

    Function Specific Activities:

    The role is to ensure supply of materials to meet production plans & sales plans taking into consideration contracts, batch sizes, inventory policies and storage capacity.

    The scope includes procurement of packaging materials and direct materials of a dedicated categories and plants (from 2 to 7 SAP Plants across the organisation). The role covers also relationship Management activities with suppliers, as they relate to operational or tactical processes.

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Create, release and follow through of Purchase Orders to meet the demands of the production plan and Product Commercialization requirements.
    • Follow through and monitor inbound deliveries with Suppliers, Warehouse, 3PL and QA.
    • Communicate in a timely manner changes which will impact production plan by revising the delivery schedule to ensure that it reflects changes either internally or externally driven, e.g., changes in customer priorities.
    • Liaise with Master Schedulers, Production Schedulers, Lab, Warehouse, Product Commercialization, Formulations and Customer Services as appropriate.
    • Budget preparation.
    • Ownership of MRP II / SCE measures for area of responsibility.
    • Proactively identify and drive improvements in business processes.

    KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support the Materials Review Board process by ensuring inventory levels comply with company’s policy and write-offs are minimized.
    • Perform adequate checks on product quality, supplier reliability to drive improvements in our cost structure and flexibilities in supplies.
    • Develop existing suppliers by performing regular performance reviews on suppliers’ delivery and drive improvements

    PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in multinational organization’s purchasing / Procurement function.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent PC skills in Microsoft and PowerPoint.
    • Preference for candidates with good working knowledge of SAP.
    • Preference for candidates with Food/ beverage processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing Supply Chain experience.

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • University Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Industrial Engineering /Finance;
    • MRPII or ERP knowledge is required;
    • Food/ beverage processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing Supply Chain experience.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Supply Chain post-graduate studies or APICS certification preferred;
    • Quality systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 experience would be considered an advantage.

    CULTURAL DIVERSITY
