As a Technical Support Analyst, you’re a Bullhorn product expert and the first point of contact for Bullhorn’s customer issues and questions. You’ll provide an incredible customer experience by uncovering, assessing and resolving customer needs. Bullhorn Analytics helps recruitment businesses to grow revenue through the power of data and actionable insights.
Leveraging the Growth Analytics Platform, customers can drill into any company performance metric, unlock revenue opportunities and mitigate risks in real-time, on any device. Recruitment companies trust Bullhorn Analytics to optimise their two greatest assets – their people and their data. We do this by delivering simple to understand actionable insights in real-time dashboards that show every member of staff, from C-Suite to consultant, how to make more placements.
As part of the broader Customer Success department, the Technical Support team is the team which interact with live customers and guide them through the ongoing journey with Bullhorn Analytics. We are looking for someone who can help us maintain the highest of standards with an ever-expanding customer base. You’ll need to be detail-focused and articulate in both written and verbal communication. Logical thinking, problem solving and coming up with creative solutions should come naturally to you.
The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing support, training, and configuration of Bullhorn Analytics’ client base that have already been established with the system. The Technical Support Analyst will conduct client calls to gather specific business requirements for customers, provision new accounts and ensure accounts are configured to the correct specifications for their product package. Bullhorn Analytics has global reach, so you’ll need to have a flexible approach with working hours to ensure that our US and APAC customers are catered for.
Essential Job Functions:
-Working as part of a team to provide excellent customer service through email and phone support
-Responding promptly to tickets by prioritising and triaging own queue
-Implement and configure simple solutions to customers requests (to a high standard)
-Innovate solutions to accomplish client needs 
-Be able to train users on both Bullhorn and cube, understanding the recruitment workflow and lifecycle in its entirety
-Escalate issues when required through standardised process
This might be the job for you if you have:
-One plus years experience in a customer facing role, showing logical problem solving
-Any knowledge of SQL 
-Ability to learn and become an expert in the CRM/ERPs used by our customers that interface to our systems
-Excellent interpersonal skills required for this customer facing role
-Ability to quickly absorb new information and apply it practical scenarios Calm, considered and professional at all times
-Comfortable talking to technical and non-technical people, both internally and externally
-Technical curiosity & desire to help customer through investigation before escalation to product team
-Strong problem solving/troubleshooting ability 
Bonus points for:
-A bachelor’s degree, equivalent qualification in Computer Science or Information Technologies or demonstrable experience working successfully in a comparable role
-Experience in the recruitment sector
-Understanding of agile software development process
