Independently support complex Broker-Dealer, RIA and Bank Custody clients through strategic planning and a consultative client management approach. Consults with clients on best practices, solutions and regulatory changes to achieve the client’s short and long term strategic business objectives. Incumbents have a complete understanding of client’s operations, technology ecosystems and practices to ensure they are leveraging our platform in the most efficient manner. Incumbent will manifest opportunities through consultation to drive and contribute to organic revenues through product and service utilization and client adoption. Incumbent may provide guidance to other Account Managers and/or subject matter expertise across the enterprise. Acts as a business sponsor for client initiatives and drives execution of their strategic initiatives. Conducts regular quarterly strategy session, with assigned clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and strategic alignment with firm services/product offerings. Partnering with the Relationship Manager, the Incumbent contributes to the identification of solutions to support client strategy and cross-selling enterprise services. Develops innovative ways and key metrics to track and ensure client satisfaction. Researches and analyzes the business environment of assigned clients, industry trends, the competitive landscape and proactively shares insight with clients. Attends industry and client events. Identifies and executes on process improvement opportunities for our clients and/or Account Management role.

Executes on client’s strategic initiatives.

Contribute to organic revenue targets through product and service utilization and adoption.

Identifies opportunities through analysis of metrics.

Researches and analyzes the business environment of assigned clients, industry trends and competitor services/ offerings.

No direct reports; provides guidance to less experienced Account Managers as needed. May be tasked with Team Lead responsibilities.

Responsibilities are primarily limited to own client accounts, however, will contribute to the achievement of any team or area objectives. Focus is on key accounts requiring depth of knowledge in a niche product or service or within a specialized client profile. Accounts are usually large and have highly complex operational needs.

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

10-12 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in Account Management or Client Service Delivery preferred.
