We are in search of a professional account manager for the West Romania and East Hungary region, willing to gain new experience in an international environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a drive to find solutions, listen to customers and create win-win situations, who likes to travel and meet with customers. You will become a part of one of our Account Management Teams. TE Connectivity’s Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE’s products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry, or accounts.
What will your objectives be?
- to ensure sales and offer products and services
- to find out customer needs and develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- to make customer acquisitions and bring in new business
- to chart main competitors and gather market information
- to coordinate corporate functions within the company (Supply Chain, Quality, R & D, Marketing…) in order to provide our customers with the best solutions
- report sales territory performance
What your background should look like:
Education: Secondary school or University in Technical/Business is preferred
Skilled in:
- Technical skills, ideally automotive
- Sales negotiation skills
- Sales acumen
- Very good time-management skills
- Microsoft Office – user level
- Level of English language according to Common European Reference for Languages: B1 -B2
Other criteria:
- Culturally sensitive
- Deep knowledge about customer structure, market condition as well as competitor and supplier landscape
- Strong problem solving, strategic and tactical thinking, and analytical skills
- Ability to form successful working relationships quickly at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Car driving license necessary
- Position requires flexibility regarding traveling
