Account Manager – Care Management Solutions (work from home)

Job Description
We are looking for a client-focused individual to join our Account Management Team! As an Account Manager you will be responsible for exceeding client expectations of the Care Management program supporting health plans and employer groups with emphasis on Rare Disease Management. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining day to day business relationship with key internal and client personnel and understanding their objectives. Understanding of these objectives is required to proactively recommend and promote the Care Management program to assist in meeting client business objectives. The position will facilitate delivery, interpretation and presentation of financial and client reports. The Account Manager will oversee the coordination and completion of assigned client base audit activities. Onsite review preparation, facilitation of client calls, and all activities in support of retaining our client base.

Additional responsibilities for the Account Manager include:

-Own, retain and upsell into assign client base and support the Strategic Account Executive on national, key complex clients.
-Manage legal and contracting needs for assigned client base including, changes to contract terms, assisting or facilitating contract renewal, upselling, and interpreting contractual deliverables. Responsible for negotiating contract terms for assigned client base.
-Management of day to day contact with assigned clients
-Facilitate, lead and manage all follow ups from client conference calls on routine basis.
-Create and maintain project plans for each assigned project, discuss and assign tasks to appropriate staff and update project on a timely basis.
-Create agendas, schedule and facilitate internal and external meetings with parties as appropriate.
-Work closely with internal and external teams to proactively identify actual and potential problems.
-Perform other projects, work and activities as assigned to ensure continuous service to our internal and external customers.
-Present the Care Management Program and effectively communicate the program’s value both to internal stakeholders and external client base.

Ability to travel. (10%)

Required Qualifications
2+ years Account Management within a healthcare or technology environment.

Education
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
