Minimum 7-8 years experience as a support analyst / support engineer.
Provide operational support to Technical Account Managers for day to day activities.
Act as a single point of contact for any issues/concerns/request.
Provide reporting to the TAMs regarding automation services.
Follow up on issues/requests.
Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple cloud automation solutions
Ability to do multitask.
Proven track record of exceptional customer focus.
willing to work in a 24×7 operational services or support environment which includes weekend on-call support.
Basic understanding in cloud infrastructure, DevOps consulting.
Knowledge / Experience with cloud infra services or platform services.
Knowledge / hands-on experience in Infrastructure / Troubleshooting / Systems Administration / DevOps
Preferred Skills and experience:
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Good to have basic knowledge/experience in Cloud computing (Private/hybrid could)
Basic Knowledge/experience of Cloud Infrastructure automation.
Basic understanding in IaaS/PaaS/SaaS/DaaS etc
Basic Knowledge/experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps, ServiceNow tool
Educational Qualification :
B.E / B.Tech / BSc or Any full time Graduation
Any Certification in Cloud service would be added advantage.
